Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Bosta.

Order Proceeding

Please note orders take approximately 3-6 business days to process before shipping.

Orders take 10 working days to be delivered.

Orders placed on Friday & Saturday will not be processed until the following Sunday.

Tracking an Order

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online.

IMPORTANT

Please note that it’s not allowed to order more than one piece to compare sizes or styles, as the shipping company won’t allow separate pieces inside the same package.

When placing an order, always make sure to write your detailed address with the area, street name, building number, floor, and apartment to avoid any wrong zone delivery.

If the tracking number of your order shows a “delivered” status but the item is missing, we will raise a claim with the shipping service company to address the situation. However, if they confirm delivery of the product we are not longer liable.
